Multi-sport Social Health & Wellbeing C.I.C. is a not for profit company providing a variety of dance & sporting activities, within the community, for adults with learning disabilities and additional needs.

Multi-sport provide sessions throughout the week in Newport and Cardiff, please scroll down for our current timetables

We provide a safe and enjoyable environment where
individuals can improve fitness, gain confidence, meet new friends and learn new skills.

All sessions follow Welsh Government  Guidelines to make a COVID safe environment

Multi-Sport currently offer open sessions 3 days a week in Newport including Multisport, Zumba, Football, Archery and Boccia.

Due to limited availability of facilities as a result of the COVID Pandemic we are currently operating a  reduced timetable but we will hopefully be able to add some of our our other activities in the near future.

Multi-sport started sessions in Cardiff in 2020 and we currently offer open sessions 2 days a week on Monday and Thursday including Zumba and Boccia

We are hoping to increase the number and variety of sessions on offer in Cardiff in the future.

can be delivered in your own facility or a location of your choice.
