Multisport is a very popular group session for all which allows the users to participate in a range of activities in a single session including warmup, stretching, walking, running, parachute exercise, catching, cones, football, basketball and rugby. The multisport sessions vary daily. The purpose of the Multisport sessions is enjoy sporting activities whilst improving general fitness and mobility in an inclusive and encouraging environment.
