Thanks to National Lottery funding Multisport Social Health & Wellbeing will be running a variety of sessions for Coleg Gwent from october. Multisport will be providing sessions for the Independent Living Skills Group within the community enabling the group to experience many different inclusive activities including our Multisport activity, Tennis, Archery, Boccia, Golf and sampling many other individual sports .
Congratulation to Beth on gaining her Level 2 Certificate in Coaching (Sport and Physical Activity). Well done for the hard work and effort put into gain this qualification.

Great effort from everyone cycling to raising money in support of Carl William (Manager - Newport Centre) on the Deloitte Ride Across Britain. Together we raised £155.03 for a very worthy cause. Well done Carl on your great achievment.

Thursday 19th May 2018 - Multi-sport Tennis Sessions started
Multisport Tennis Sessions are now running at Newport International Sport Village every Thursday at 2pm.
In partnership with Newport Live and help from the National Lottery, Multiport are joined by Will Croft (Newport Live Tennis Coach) to delivery tennis sessions for all abilities.
Using both indoor and outdoor courts, and all equipment provided, there will be no bad weather stopping play.

Congratulations to Nathan on winning Volunteer of the Year at the Newport Live 'Volunteer in Sport' Awards evening held in Newport Centre on Friday 16th February.
Nathan has been a volunteer at Multi-sport for almost 2 years providing valuable support and encouragement to our service users and assistance to the coaches during and outside of our activities.
Nathan is a valuable member of the Multi-sport team and we are very proud of his achievement.

On 27th November 10 Multi-sport participants attended the PlayMaker training course delivered by Newport Live and they all achieved the PlayMaker Award. The training was provided at Newport International Sport Village and is a significant achievement for our participants to gain this qualification.
